An incredibly beautiful place on the San Marcos lakefront. Here you can spend your vacations in style and luxury. This amazing house holds three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a family room, a huge living-room and an open, fully-equipped kitchen with dining-area. In addition there is a separate apartment with its own private bathroom. The house has big windows facing the panoramic view of the lake and the volcanoes. The huge, wooden porch offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the daily spectacle of natures elements and the gardens with many exotic plants and flowers. There are several lawns for sunbathing and a sauna.
It takes two minutes to walk back into town and you can go swimming right off the cement dock in front.
