Lake House
This beautiful, very quiet 400 m2 modern
fully equipped villa in San Marcos is located in 10,000
m2 garden with private 100 m lake front. There are three bedrooms
(one with open fire place), two bathrooms, one large bathtub
kitchen with large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The big
living-room is equipped with an internet connection, a TV
(if wished with satellite connection), a DVD-Player, two convertible
sofas, an open fire place and hammock. The dining-area adjoins
the living-room and kitchen, and the patio has a backyard
fountain.
There are three terraces that offer stunning views of the lake.
There are several hammocks, washing machine, a kayak and
a sauna down by the lake with a little dock and resting
area. The property is accessible by road or by its own private
dock. Furthermore there is an organic vegetable garden that
will provide fresh food for your table.
The 24-hour guard is provided for your safety as is the
twice a week maid for general cleaning. |
