This newly constructed building in the downtown area of San Marcos offers a great location and clean, modern apartments. It takes about two minutes to walk down to the lake and the reatuarants and cafes are just down the path. There are three seperate apartments available. The biggest one holds two bedrooms, one bathroom, a big living-room with sofas and an open,well-equipped kitchen with big fridge and dining area. The balcony outside is a nice place to relax and enjoy being surrounded by the treetops. The two smaller apartments consist of one big room that holds the bedroom, an open kitchen with dining area, one bathroom and a balcony/patio space.
