Casa San Juan
In the San Juan bay this modern, big house offers plenty of space to accomodate family and friends. The town of San Juan is known for its art, eco-tourism and progressive socail projects. Here you can experience the local mayan culture first hand. A superb location, quiet and very private. The house is divided in two part; the first part by the lake holds a modern, fully-equipped, tiled kitchen, a big dining-room, living-room, bathroom, storage room(with washing machine and dryer) and two porches with great views of the lake and the mountains. There is a lawn leading down to the shore with private dock. The second part holds five bedrooms each with closet space, four bathrooms(all with bathtub) another two sitting-rooms and a big kitchen with dining-area. In addtion there is a caretaker lodge. The house was finished in 2005 and a lot of pine wood and tiles were used. It is an easy five minute walk back into town. It comes with all appliances included. There is CCTV. Also there is a small coffe field which belongs to he property. |
