This beautiful three storey house lies in
the bay between San Marcos and San Pablo. It offers fantastic
views of Volcano San Pedro and the daily sunset. The ground
level has a bedroom with bathroom; the first level holds
a big living-room with an open fire place, a kitchen and
bathroom. On the top level there are two bedrooms each with
a private bathroom, the first and second levels are extended
by big balconies and offer amazing views and space for relaxing.
The house was mostly built with wood imported from Canada.
The gardens are big with many fruit trees and herbs. Close
to the waterfront there is a sauna, a jacuzzi and a covered
outside area, and in the back of the property a guardhouse
.The land reaches from lake to road and offers a lot of
privacy. |
