This beautiful villa is located in San Marcos
Valley and offers enchanted gardens and a quiet and serene
space to be. The house was built in 2007 and holds 2 bedrooms,
bathroom, office, big kitchen, dining area and a huge living-room
with open fire place. There is a covered patio outside and
from the upper bedroom one has great views of the lake.
On the property itself there is a covered outside space,
a guesthouse with 3 bedrooms and an extra bathroom.
There is also a swimming pool, a stone dome used for meditations
and a herb/veggie garden .The property itself is beautifully
landscaped and there are enchanted little areas everywhere.
The owners previously hosted workshops and had a restaurant
here. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the town center and
the location is very quiet and peaceful. |
