Las Dos
Two houses on a big property in San Andres Semetabaj.The older house needs some fixing up and holds two bedrooms, one bathroom, spacious living-room with open fire place and open kitchen with a lot of counter space. There is a nicely-sized porch from which you can enjo a great view of the lake and the volcano San Pedro and the daily sunsets. There is a big lawn in front for sunbathing and relaxing.
The newer house holds two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and dining-room. The houses have raod access and lay within a private,gated retirement community. It takes about fifiteen minutes to drive to Panajchel from here and there is a private beach nearby that is for residents only.
